Fscommand note – CMD

December 21, 2009 § Leave a comment

Due to work, I found that windows 7 has a little bit difference from windows xp in one more area.

If you use the technique, using fscommand to run batch file to load files outside ‘fscommand’ folder, you work prefectly fine in windows xp.

However, in windows 7, they will say

“UNC is not supported, default location is windows” something like that

in this moment, you will wondering if this is path issue or windows 7 security issue.

This is probably everyone’s favorite word of all times.

Okay, now go to read http://www.northcode.com/blog.php/2007/08/14/FSCommand-EXEC-is-Broken-in-Flash-CS3.

It will save you couple of hours figuring out by yourself. I will post a chinese verison later on. Enjoy
